PARMA HEIGHTS SAVES WITH NEW SURFACE REMEDY
The article describes the use in Parma Heights, Ohio, of a new surface treatment material marketed in the United States for use on residential, secondary and primary roads and interstate highways. The emulsion mixture, consisting of a latex binder and selected aggregate, has been found to be cost effective, fast to apply, and easier to maintain. Longer life may also be a benefit, as well as better traction.
