GUIDANCE DOCUMENT FOR SELECTING ANTISKID MATERIALS APPLIED TO ICE- AND SNOW-COVERED ROADWAYS

The purpose of the document is to identify and quantify those physical properties that can be used to select clean, durable antiskid materials (salt and sand). Test methods used to quantify the physical properties are either included or identified.
