IDA: A PROTOTYPE CAI (COMPUTER-AIDED-INSTRUCTION) SYSTEM IN MILITARY TRANSPORTATION
To reduce the cost and time associated with on-site training while retaining the advantage of aconventional one-to-one learning environment, a computer-aided-instruction (CAI) system was developed for deplayment with a database management system and presents sample screens from the CAI system to illustrate its characteristics and functionalities. Lessons learned from the prototype development effort are also discussed.
