STRATEGIEMODELLEN WEGVERHARDINGEN
A brief review is given in this paper of the new developments at rijkswaterstaat for the evaluation of pavement design and maintenance techniques. The life cycle cost analysis is found to be a useful tool for this. This approach involves optimization of the cost/benefit balance during all stages of the life cycle of the road. (TRRL)
