MERGER PROSPECTS RIPEN FOR FLAGCARRIERS
Since the downing of the Berlin wall separating East Germany from West Germany, crossborder talks have begun between Lufthansa and Interflug resulting in a number of joint ventures and speculation that there will be a merger between the two carriers.
