4R SPEAKERS ANNOUNCED FOR 1990 CONFERENCE

Veteran speakers from around the nation will present informative presentations focusing on 4R techniques, case histories, and quality performance at the Road show and conference in San Antonio in December 1990. The ariticle notes speakers at the various sessions including the General Session, and the special session on 'Pavements - City Streets'. Rigid pavements will be covered as well as pavement management systems, flexible pavements, pavement systems, base and soil stabilization, drainage, rehabilitation and repairs. Papers on surface treatments such as slurry seal and micro surfacing will be presented at another session.
