This workshop presentation discusses what has happened in the U.S. airline industry since deregulation, where the industry stands at present, and what is foreseen for the future. Areas covered are mergers and acquisitions, fare structure, revenue passenger miles, cost index, international transportation, and financial performance. A general discussion follows this presentation.
