BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PAVEMENT STRENGTHENING WITH BITUMINOUS PAVEMENTS

OSNOVI POJACANJA KOLOVOZNIH KONSTRUKCIJA SA ASFALTNIM ZASTORIMA

The article presents the results of an investigation into flexible pavement strengthening with bituminous pavements from a technological, economic and strategic point of view, with the aim of securing the necessary level of service, durability, optimization of investments and saving of natural resources and energy. It also presents possible maintenance methods and the technology of pavement strengthening, especially the technology of in situ recycling of bituminous mixtures. (TRRL)
