ANALYSIS OF ISOLATED Y JUNCTION AND EFFICIENCY OF ITS OPERATION USING DIGITAL COMPUTER MODELLING
ANALIZA EFIKASNOSTI FUNKCIONISANJA IZOLOVANJA Y RASKRSNICE MODELIRANJEM NA DIGITALNOM RACUNALU
The article presents a simulation model of traffic flows for an unsignalized and signalized isolated fork junction, based on the digital simulation of an interval choice of occurrence. The model is used to determine the dependence of the mean waiting time of each vehicle at the junction out of the total flow for the cases of unsignalized and signalized junction, for different cycle time values.
