PARKING POLICY IN THE CITY OF MAASTRICHT, A POLICY BETWEEN AMBITION AND REALITY
PARKEERBELEID IN MAASTRICHT, BELEID TUSSEN WENS EN WERKELIJHEID
The local authority of the City of Maastricht has taken the necessary trouble to improve parking. Their plan began by making an inventory of parking demand and availability, after which aims and priorities for improvement were set. Questions about the relationship between paid parking and licensed parking, no parking zones, public and private parking garages etc were considered. The policy of the local authority and the final parking possibilities in the City of Maastricht are outlined here. (TRRL)
