ARLANDA AUTOMATES TO SPEED DOMESTIC FLOW
Stockholm Arlanda's second domestic terminal will put automation to good use to speed up passenger flows, baggage handling and pushing back aircraft. Some of these innovative approaches are currently in operation while others such as the pull back concept are a yet to be implemented. How the various technological advances will work in addition to SAS's plans to use this terminal for both domestic and international passengers and the controversy this has wrought are also presented.
