DUMP BODY 'BASIC TOOL' IN ROAD CONSTRUCTION

The article describes how government agencies and contractors can better use the dump body as a standard tool in road and highway maintenance and construction. Precautions that should be taken when the operator is dumping, raising the dump body, etc are noted. Different types of hoists available for dump bodies are noted. The importance of regular maintenance of the dump body is emphasized.
