BUS TESTING FACILITY OPENS--SPARKS CTAA RESPONSE

Two brief articles are combined under this topic. One expounds upon the efforts of Representative Bud Shuster, R-Pa and his announcement of the opening of the Altoona Bus Testing Center on October 30, 1989. The other cites the efforts put forth by the Community Transportation Association of America to make certain that small bus and paratransit operators are heard and considered with regard to the new testing deadlines and requirements which recently went into effect for larger vehicles.
