REVIEW OF RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES AND ISSUES IN THE REGULATION OF ALCOHOL AVAILABILITY
Research traditions on the effects of minimum drinking age laws, alcohol prices and taxation are much better developed than those for other dimensions of availability. Future studies should give attention to issues such as enforcement and compliance, and to differential effects in population subgroups and by drinking contexts.
