A FREEWAY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND TEAM

This paper focuses on the Texas State Department of Highway and Public Transportation's efforts to develop and implement a Freeway Traffic Management System in the Fort Worth area. It also describes the composition and operating experience of the Fort Worth area traffic management team.
