"FIRST ON THE SCENE:" A VIDEO FOR MOTORISTS AT ACCIDENT SCENES
The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety has produced a new videotape that instructs motorists who are first on the scene of a traffic accident how to assist victims and help to prevent further crashes. "First on the Scene" is available for purchase from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, 1730 M Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036. The film runs for six minutes and is offered on VHS tape (#428) or Umatic tape (#548).
