LACK OF CHOICE CRAMPS AIRLINE STYLE
Ground handling is an important aspect of air transportation. It adds to the cost effectiveness of and the quality of airline services. Despite these facts, there are few providers of this needed service so that often times a carrier may have to settle for ground handling services provided by a competitor. Reasons for this disparity are explored.
