SEEING SENSE

Improving the United Kingdom's grossly inadequate street lighting stock represents a clear-cut opportunity to knock an estimated 4% off the Government's accident reduction target for the year 2000, according to the President of the Institution of Lighting Engineers, Peter Wright.
