METHODS OF TESTING PORTLAND AND BLENDED CEMENTS, AS 2350.8: FINENESS INDEX OF PORTLAND CEMENT BY AIR PERMEABILITY METHOD. SECOND EDITION
This standard describes the reference method for the determination of the fineness index of portland cement by the air permeability method, expressed in terms of surface area in square metres per kilogram of cement determined at 23 plus or minus 2 degrees celsius. Information is provided to enable routine determination of the fineness index to be made at other temperatures. The standard was approved on 11 November 1987 and supersedes Australian standard as 2350.8-1980.
