TWO UNIVERSITY CENTERS ESTABLISHED TO STUDY INFRASTRUCTURES
Two separate centers have recently been established that will, in part, study the design, maintenance, and rehabilitation of the nation's highways and bridges. The centers, briefly described in this article, are the Constructed Facilities Center, West Virginia University, Morgantown, and the Bridge and Structures Information Center (BASIC), University of Pittsburgh.
