EVALUATION OF THE DRIVER/EXTRABOARD COST MODEL
This paper presents an evaluation of the Driver Extraboard Cost Model (DEB). DEB is a microcomputer-based cost model that forecasts driver staffing levels and associated wage and fringe costs. The evaluation presented in the paper uses data from the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon.
