DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE BROCKTON AREA TRANSIT AUTHORITY
This paper describes the microcomputer-based information system implemented by the Brockton Area Transit Authority. Programs were developed to collect and store information on ridership and service indicators. Various other programs are used to access and use the data stored in the resulting database.
