DYNAMIC PILE TESTS - GERMAN PRACTICE. PROCEEDINGS OF THE ELEVENTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SOIL MECHANICS AND FOUNDATION ENGINEERING, SAN FRANCISCO, 12-16 AUGUST 1985
Dynamic pile testing has been introduced to civil engineering practice in the early 1970's. Since then it has steadily been improved and applied to a variety of pile types. The different methods applied to driven and bored piles for integrity and bearing capacity testing in Germany is discussed in this paper. For the covering abstract of the conference see IRRD 287689.
