MANAGERIAL AND FINANCIAL CHALLENGES FACING TRANSPORT LEADERS
The paper provides an overview of the managerial and financial challenges facing transport leaders. The author focuses on the management strategy of one company and how it is finding its way and where survival possibilities lie. He presents a mapping of the competition and the stratification of various options. He describes new technology and impact it may have on productivity in the future, as well as how new technology will be affected by the lack of uniformity between federal and state economic regulations.
