LIFE-CYCLE COST ANALYSIS OF PAVEMENTS
This synthesis will be of interest to pavement designers, maintenance engineers, and other concerned with selection of pavement designs and pavement rehabilitation alternatives. Information is presented on how life-cycle can be used to select the alternative that is least expensive over time. (Author)
