INFORMATION PROCESSING AS APPLIED TO THE CONCEPTION OF A PASSENGER INFORMATION GUIDE
The procedure which makes it possible to obtain, through information processing, the "Passenger Information Guide" deals more particularly with passenger trains and railway stations (this system was developed by the RENFE). However, it may be used to obtain any transport guide, whether bus, aeroplane or ship. Within the railways themselves, it is possible to conceive a Railway Guide for the transport of goods only. It would also be possible to envisage the compilation of a guide containing data concerning several means of transport.
