WEAR IT!
This article reviews the tragic facts of the statistics which reveal the number of Americans who die in traffic accidents and the estimated costs for this road trauma. It then reviews the success other countries have had in diminishing such tragedy simply by requiring drivers and passengers to wear seat belts. Emphasis is placed on the fact that, in addition to passing seat belt laws, there must be adequate enforcement of these laws.
