SPECIFIC SURFACE AREA MEASUREMENTS OF CEMENT WITH AN AUTOMATIC APPARATUS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

After highlighting the importance of measuring the specific surface area in connection with cement grinding, the author describes a recently developed automatic apparatus for performing these measurements. More particularly, its construction, mode of operation, manipulation and possibilities for incorporation in the process are explained. The results that can be obtained with it are discussed in detail.
