MUTLIPLEXING TAKES THE MEASURE OF CRASHES

The author presents multiplexing as the most efficient way to develop and shape electronic signals proportional to forces generated by a car crash impact; to transit these signals to a remote receiver; and to record them for ultimate display and evaluation. Frequency-Division multiplexing does an efficient and cheap job of measurement. It should be accompanied by an FM demodulator. Low transmitters are feasible with a strong receiver.
