TRANSPORT SERVICE BY MINIBUS IN A SWEDISH VILLAGE, SEPTEMBER 1984-APRIL 1985
TRANSPORTSERVICE MED MINIBUSSAR. 5. BYABUSS I ROTEBERG,
The inhabitants in three Swedish villages have tried out a minibus to take care of transportation between their villages and the railway or bus station and the shopping centre or municipality centre. The vehicles are owned by the municipality and they are driven by the inhabitants without compensation. This report deals with the transport service in Roteberg, a village with 180 households. The possibility of using public transport for journeys to work, etc, is very limited, so the minibus service can be considered as a complement to the existing bus traffic. (TRRL)
