AUTOMOBILES, COMPUTERS & TOMORROW

This booklet explains the progress made by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and the progress planned for the future concerning a new computer system which is to be installed in 1968. Motor vehicle transactions which now sometimes require up to two or three weeks will be handled in a matter of seconds. In addition, many new traffic accident records will be made available to research people under the new system.
