PROCEEDINGS OF THE TENTH INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON TRAFFIC RECORDS SYSTEMS

The proceedings are presented of the conference, the objective of which was to promote the interchange of information among those who operate or use traffic records systems in support of highway safety programs.
