NHTSA HEAVY DUTY VEHICLE BRAKE RESEARCH PROGRAM--REPORT NUMBER 3: EVALUATION OF PARKING AND EMERGENCY PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS ON AIR BRAKED TRAILERS

This report contains results of vehicle, dynamometer and laboratory mockup tests that were conducted at the Vehicle Research and Test Center in order to address issues received in response to Notice 5 of Docket 79-93 and to evaluate pneumatic systems used for parking and emergency braking on trailers in general.
