A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND PAVEMENT PERFORMANCE RELATIONSHIP MODEL FOR HIGHWAYS
The report presents an explicit examination of the relationship between highway pavement routine maintenance and pavement performance. An aggregate damage approach was employed in the analysis of pavement performance and a methodology was developed based upon the serviceability performance concept. A quantitative measure for levels of pavement routine maintenance was proposed. (Author) maintenance was proposed. (Author)
