USING ELEMENTS OF BOTH STATISTICAL INFERENCE AND GRAPH THEORY, THIS PAPER DEMONSTRATES HOW SOME PROPERTIES OF A COMPLETE NETWORK CAN BE INFERRED BY OBSERVING PARTS OF IT.
