THE INTEGRATION OF AIR TRANSPORT INTO A CITY'S TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
The ground access problem at United States airports will be discussed in general terms and the objectives behind any transportation system to serve airport users defined. The ground transport characteristics of airport users will be analyzed to provide a clear picture of the potential users of any system. Projections of ground traffic will be made up to 1980 and the various technological options to serve this traffic will be considered.
