CONSTRUCTION OF A CRUSHER-RUN GRAVEL BASE COURSE FOR THE TESTING OF PAVEMENTS

Geotechnical characteristics are presented of a crushed stone 14 cm - thick basecourse using limestone crusher-run gravel, which was constructed at the LNEC test pit. Such a basecourse will enable all types of loading tests to be carried out on a two-layer system. /TRRL/
