AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTION
This is an informational Report of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) prepared under the direction of the ITE Technical Council. The data included herein are presented for informational purposes only, and do not constitute recommendations by or on behalf of the Institute. The objective of Technical Committee 4M-10 was to conduct a survey of automated traffic study equipment and techniques and to develop an informational report on current equipment availability and operating features.
