DRUNK DRIVING: PHYSICIANS CAN AND MUST MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

On September 1, 1983 the new drunk-driving law went into effect in Indiana. The author, chairman of the Indiana State Medical Association calls for the medical profession's organized and individual support of that law, which, if supported by the public may prevent three fatalities a week and six serious injuries every day in alcohol-related motor vehicle accidents in Indiana.
