MERKBLATT FUR HELLE BITUMINOSE DECKSCHICTEN

The objective of the specification is to provide practical advice concerning the advantages, range of application and preparation of light coloured bituminous overlays. This includes questions dealing with lighting technology and the subdivision of overlays according to their light-reflection characteristics. Measuring techniques were established to enable uniform assessment of reflection properties, the values of which will be incorporated as a basis for calculating street lighting according to DIN 5044 "Street Lighting for Vehicular Traffic".
