Table 1 summarizes the information included in the data set. The Guide presents a comprehensive description of the data set. Descriptions of the survey instrument, interview process, and sample selections are included in the overview. The remainder of the Guide is devoted to a detailed description of the variables and their locations in the various files. The appendices include a copy of the survey instrument, a detailed description of the sampling process and a description of level of service data preparation.
