ROAD TRAFFIC. THE TRAFFIC SIGNS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS AND GENERAL DIRECTIONS 1984

This amendment to the traffic signs regulations 1981 comes into operation on 13 August 1984. It is divided into three parts. In Part 1 a new sign is prescribed and other provisions made relating to the increase in maximum gross weights of certain goods vehicles. Spent provisions are revoked and others are simplified. Part 2, general directions, provides a reference to level crossings in connection with the placing of light signals on or near a road. Part 3 is a general commencement and citation provision. (TRRL)
