Research described was carried out on applications of analytical photogrammetry to selected measurement tasks typical of surveying requirements of transport departments. A system calibration procedure was established for analytical photogrammetric applications using aerial photography at scales of approximately 1:5000. The B4Y computer program was used to adjust observations of photocoordinates, exterior orientation, survey coordinates and interior orientation in a simultaneous adjustment.
