MARYLAND'S EFFORT TO REDUCE DRUNK DRIVING

Recent efforts to reduce the incidence and effect of drunk driving in Maryland have been typified by statewide cooperation and coordination. The first part of this article describes the enforcement aspects of the various anti-drunk driving programs; the second part focuses on the public relations and education campaigns.
