Of particular interest are the lectures on SEMALY approach to archaeological constraints in the construction of the Lyon underground; optimum use of underground space: constraints of the Civil Code and the Mining Code; underground town-building; construction of metro stations in Antwerp using forced tubes and the Cairo underground.
