SHIPBOARD ACCIDENT PREVENTION IN THE B.C. TOWBOAT INDUSTRY, 1970-72
The British Columbia Safety Council was asked by the British Columbia Towboat Owners' Association to act as consultants to institute training programmes and to provide accident control services. The paper is a resume of the methods employed to implement this.
