MINOR MAINTENANCE OF FLEXIBLE PAVEMENTS
KLEIN ONDERHOUD VAN BITUMINEUZE VERHARDINGEN
In the introduction the necessity of "preventive" minor maintenance from an economical and technical point of view is outlined. The most important causes of cracking are mentioned. Repair methods for cracks of various widths and for alligator cracking are described in detail. Also causes of ravelling and loss of material from the wearing course are enumerated. Taking into account the severity and area of the deterioration several repair methods are advised. (TRRL)
