MODERN TERMINAL TO SUPPLY A NEW BRAZIL REFINERY
The Single-Buoy-Mooring method was employed in designing Brazil's latest crude-unloading terminal in Tramandai, state of Rio Grande do Sul. Crude from Venezuela, the Middle East, and Northern Brazil fields will be unloaded at the terminal to supply Petroleo Brasileiro S.A.'s newest, 45,000 bbl/day refinery at Canoas through a recently built pipeline. The refinery is 100 km inland.
