INSULATION OF A BP PIPELINE

Brodero Price Ltd. will insulate the 36 in. dia, 210 km long British Petroleum Co. Ltd. pipeline that will be laid from the offshore Forties field to the Grangemouth, U.K., refinery by the end of 1973. The pipe will be coated with asphalt enamel, glass fiber, and finally asbestos felt; the coating operation will be carried out at Leith, near Edinburgh.
