A PIPELINE TEST FACILITY WILL BE BUILT BY THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON

The facility will have equipment to study the motion of fluids and other materials is gaseous, liquid, solid, slurry, and capsule forms. The cost of the facility is $1.05 million, including $200,000 for 33 acres of land.
